sort of a bruschettanade
so i whipped this little spread up for our bread a while ago. it is soo yummy.
here is the recipe:
1/2 seeded tomato minced (more can be added to taste)
10 olives minced
1 tbsp. capers minced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
splash of lemon juice
mix together & spread on your bread of choice.
